I am an Instructional Designer with 8+ years of experience developing performance-based learning in higher education and military training environments.

I didn’t come to instructional design from theory alone;
I came from environments where performance mattered.

As a higher education instructor, I built and facilitated courses in the Canvas LMS for adult and non-traditional learners, focusing on alignment between objectives, assessment, and meaningful application. As a U.S. Army musician and instructor, I trained individuals in live production skills where success was measured not by exams, but by execution.

Those experiences shaped my instructional design philosophy: learning must be intentional, aligned, project-based, and performance-driven.

Today, I create eLearning and blended learning experiences that turn expertise into capability. I combine adult learning principles, LMS strategy, and professional media production skills to design instruction that is clear, engaging, and grounded in real-world application.
